Busy as a Bee with my Health Coaching

My freelance health coaching business has really taken off. I am all booked up with clients until this winter. You cannot beat the price–it is free! All I ask is that if we succeed, you make a donation of any amount to my 501c3 nonprofit org. So far, I have been succeeding with everyone. It has raised a lot of money for my nonprofit, so we can keep helping others.

I am now working with someone who lives in Nashville–she has almost lost 40 pounds in just two months of working with me through intermittent fasting. Not just that, but she is no longer craving sugar, sleeping better, and her shortness of breath is leaving. She may want to keep going to lose a total of 100 pounds, and I have told this inspiring individual that I will be privileged to work with her through the duration.

So far, I have succeeded in helping everyone, with whom I have worked, lose weight by approaching food as an addiction and suggesting green, plant-based foods that change the palate and make the body more alkaline. This woman in Nashville says she has never before “dieted” without craving sugar and being hungry, but she is experiencing neither working with me.

I am eating plant based and feeling better than I have ever felt in my life. My resting heart rate is now in the 50s as a norm and has even gotten down to 47. This is not just due to exercise but because of eating more greens. I can work with anyone anywhere, because I work through daily texting and emails. No one else offers this daily attention needed in order to break addictions and create new habits.

Here I am last weekend with my friends at Atlanta Colonic and Massage, as my emphasis as a health coach is in helping people break sugar addiction and have better digestion. This is my favorite colonic spa in the country (bar none, including spas in NYC and FL). It is an open system and not invasive. It is very relaxing. I leave there always feeling light and full of energy.

The older woman pictured with me is the sweet mother of the owner; she is 88 years old, very agile and feels great. She has been getting colonics for the last 20 years.

Follow me at “DLitzHealthyTips” on Instagram for free tips on how to make the body more alkaline (i.e., for a healthier palate that no longer craves sugar). Two of my favorite tips are 1) 1/8 tsp of royal jelly per day in water on an empty stomach, and 2) add apple cider vinegar, lemon and stevia to water with as much ACV and lemon juice as you can take taste-wise. This will increase the alkalinity in your system very quickly and curb the appetite. Drink 2-4 liters of alkaline water per day. It works!
