This recipe is only 430 calories for the entire stack (without the syrup). No oils, no sugars. and it makes you feel great. You can also use this same batter for vegan buckwheat muffins.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- add a few packets of stevia or a teaspoon of raw honey
- Optional: add 1 tsp. of chia seeds
