Yesterday at an in-studio interview about my new CD “Mountain Music” for Thunder Country 104.7, with a far reaching audience spanning five counties in East TN and NC, including Hamblen, Jefferson, Cock, and Sevier counties in TN. I thank my wonderful brother, Ross Litz, for setting up the interview. It was so much fun and easy talking to Steve-O Wallen, the DJ, about my life and music, born in Knoxville, TN, “down in the Tennessee hills.” Wonderful day! If you are in the area, tune in to 104.7 where my music will be played this Friday morning and then on rotation, along with the interview about my childhood in East TN in Morristown, TN (until age 5) and then visiting my grandparents throughout my life in Seymour, TN, and growing up climbing rocks in the river in the Smoky Mountains. I also mentioned how I dedicated my CD to both my grandparents who have passed away now and to my dad, the hardest working man I have ever known. I also spoke a lot about the talented musicians, especially Scott Coney and Tim Crouch.
