Friends Like Family

I just have to stop to say how thankful I am for God’s family and for Christian friends forever who have stood the test of time and are like family to me—people who I want to be like. I am pictured here with someone who has meant more to my life than I can say as a Christian counselor who I have known since 2003. We saw each other yesterday for the first time in 20 years, and it was like no time had passed. May I be someone to invest in the lives of others like God has let so many Christians through the years invest in mine, as the best gift I can give to anyone who knows me is the testimony of a healthy life as Jesus lives in me.
