In spite of all the bad news in the world and the weight of knowing so many people are in pain…, I am pretty much on cloud 9 right now! I just heard a tuba added to one of my pop songs that I have written–my first time ever using a tuba!
I have a surprising single, soon to come this summer, that is too timely not to release now, as the song just poured out of me. (These songs come whether I want them to or not, as I only write from my heart. This next one just poured out when I least expected it, and I think it is a hit! The only clue I am giving is that I could have never recorded it if I had been “bought” with a record label “not allowing me to write about politics,” but with our country in the shape it is, I really do not care! I am an independent artist, and the song will be out this summer, along with a lyric video, as well as the beautiful standard, “Let There Be Peace on Earth,” as my next two-song release this summer.
That being said, my next album out will need to be pushed to come out next year. Inspiration is an unpredictable thing, and this year has been one inspiring year, thanks to this horrible war with Iran.
Then, I have a 4-song Christmas release I can’t wait to share for the holidays. It is also so special to me and from my heart.
Meanwhile, I am happy that the following radio stations have added my current single, “Everyone is Beautiful” to their playlists: THOUGHTS WORDS ACTION (AMSTERDAM), THE HUBB (UK), ONLY ROCK RADIO (FRANCE) AND GLACER FM (NYC).
