Fun Day on the Upper East Side

I had the pleasure of meeting friends on the Upper East Side this week to see the Decorator’s Showcase and enjoyed getting new ideas for interior design. Then, I bummed around Madison just enjoying the beautiful day.

I stopped in my favorite shoe designer’s boutique, Robert Clergerie. They wanted to take my photo since I was wearing his shoes. What a pleasure to be loving life in both Manhattan and TN now, getting the best of both worlds, as I finish my new bluegrass CD this summer in Nashville and have more speaking engagements for my book for women throughout the South.

If I have ever been happier, I don’t know when!

Work in Manhattan Going Better than Ever

My work in Manhattan as a health coach, singer, author and president of my nonprofit organization, Lighting the Way, has never been going better. I am loving every minute of it!

Web sites are being updated at DwaynaLitz.com , DwaynaLitzHealthCoach.com and LightingtheWayWorldwide.org to reflect how we keep growing.

I successfully helped a client lose 10 pounds this month as a health coach and helped her break her sugar addiction. New Links, products in the Store and Testimonials will be posted on the health coaching site soon.

We now have a new sign and banner for our outreach at Columbus Circle and continuing to make “God’s Heart to Central Park” be the best it can be.

I am recording new songs and working on putting an audio version of my book on Audible also.

Life has never been better, and I look forward to all that this summer has in store.

(Photos below reflect the capricious weather in Manhattan this spring. Memorial Day was in the 50s, and then it shot back up to 80 degrees again the next day). I am staying busy and walking miles around the city running errands. Great to be back home in NYC.

Arts and Culture and Ministry in NYC

It’s great being back home at Calvary Baptist Church on 57th. It was the coldest Mother’s Day of my life to my recollection, but I left walking on the clouds. I loved the service on God’s love and look forward to working with them in missions. It has rained us out every weekend so far, but we are hoping to set up our new outreach table in NYC soon.

It was a nice surprise meeting designer Kay Unger at Parson’s Design school, as I have so many of her beautiful dresses. I was there for an event as a health coach about body image and enjoyed the conversation.

It is another cloudy, cool day here with temperatures dropping tonight, but I am loving the pace of the city again and being with all of my friends. On these rainy nights I have stayed busy updating a few of my web sites. Check out the updates at www.LightingTheWayWorldwide.org and www.DwaynaLitzHealthCoach.com .
