Dwayna is in the studio this week recording more new music, soon to come! This next single is going to be a fun song she wrote about Donald Trump, on a 2-song release, including “Let There Be Peace on Earth.”

As always, Dwayna uses zero A.I. when writing, and this was recorded with her team of the best musicians in Nashville. It is country/rock but mainly rocks! The goal is to have this new single out by the middle of July 2026, and then the video out by August first, to hit college radio by the middle of August, just in time for the elections this November.
Sometimes the best songs come when you are not even trying. Tim Crouch, who co-produces her music, said, “I’ve got a great hook idea,” during a recent rehearsal about a month ago. She said, ‘That’s a hit idea, but I have no time to write it.” Just a couple of days later, when she was not even trying, the whole chorus came out of the blue one morning. It was meant to be! A week later, the verses flowed out. Tim added chords and the arrangement and charts, and files were sent out to all the musicians who added parts from their studio, since this song totally came as a surprise.
Tomorrow is July 4th, and it is a blessing to live in America with freedom of speech. The First Amendment may be under attack, but we still have it. Not so in Israel, Iran, China or Cuba.
So, stay tuned for Dwayna’s new song to be out for worldwide Spotify Radio plays, FM and college radio and the new, lyric video for it on YouTube by August 1st.
Dwayna’s recent single she wrote against genocide, “Everyone is Beautiful,” now has over 700k YouTube views and is being called “an anthem to unite humanity.”
